Refund and Returns Policy
At Borderline Insanity, all of our products are made to order, just for you (and probably covered in dog hair by the time we ship). Because of this, we can’t offer returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind.
But if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us, and we’ll make it right.
Cancellations or Modifications
You can request modifications or cancellations within 6 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order may have entered production and cannot be changed. Please contact us at hello@borderlineinsanity.net as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
When We Accept Returns or Refunds:
We’re happy to replace or refund items if:
- Your order arrives damaged
- The item is defective
- The print is misaligned or incorrect
- We sent the wrong item
- We do not offer exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we may provide a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.
What’s Not Returnable:
Since our products are printed on demand specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Choosing the wrong size or color
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Minor variations in print placement that are normal in the print-on-demand process
How to Request a Replacement or Refund:
If something’s wrong with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the problem (this helps us speed things up)
What Happens Next?
Once we review your request, we’ll:
- Replace the item at no cost, or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method
We’ll respond to your request within 1–2 business days. If we approve a refund, we’ll issue it to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
