4. We’ll review your photo and send you a digital proof for approval within 2-3 business days

5. Once you approve the proof, your custom puzzle ships within 5-7 business days

PHOTO REQUIREMENTS:

✓ High resolution (minimum 2MB file size – larger is better!)
✓ JPEG or PNG format
✓ Clear, sharp focus (not blurry)
✓ Well-lit with natural lighting (outdoor photos work great!)
✓ Your pet fills most of the frame
✓ Good contrast between your pet and the background
✓ Your pet’s eyes should be visible and in focus
✓ Shows clear details in fur, feathers, or scales

AVOID THESE:

✗ Blurry or out-of-focus photos
✗ Very dark pets on very dark backgrounds
✗ Low-resolution images or screenshots from social media
✗ Photos taken in dim lighting
✗ Extremely busy backgrounds
✗ Photos where your pet is very small in the frame

If you have multiple photos and aren’t sure which one to use, email us 2-3 options! We’re happy to help you choose the one that will make the best puzzle.

**How long does production take?**
5-7 business days after you approve the digital proof, plus shipping time.

**What if my photo isn’t good enough?**
We’ll let you know right away and help you find a better photo. We want your puzzle to be perfect!

Absolutely! Just make sure all pets are clearly visible and in focus.

**What if I don’t have a high-resolution photo?**
Email us at images@borderlineinsanity.net with what you have. We’ll review it and let you know if it will work or help you find an alternative.

**Do I get to see a proof before printing?**
Yes! We always send a digital proof for your approval before we start production.

**What’s your refund policy?**
Since these are custom products made specifically for you, we don’t offer refunds. However, if there’s a quality issue with your puzzle, we’ll make it right!
