Returns and Exchanges
Can I request a refund or exchange?
We offer refunds or exchanges if a product is delivered damaged or in the case of a manufacturing error. Issues must be reported within 15 days of delivery at our Contact Us page or at hello@borderlineinsanity.net
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color choice, or a change of mind.
Please be sure that you double-check all details: size, color, personalization (if applicable), and shipping address. We are not responsible for invalid addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.
How long does order processing and delivery take?
Production time is generally 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping time for domestic (U. S.) addresses is 2 to 4 business days.
Shipping time for international addresses is 5 to 8 business days.
Can I use a P.O. Box for shipping?
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 days (U.S.) or 25 days (international) from the shipment date and tracking shows no movement, please reach out to us at hello@borderlineinsanity.net for assistance.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If tracking information is not available after the expected processing time, please contact our support team at hello@borderlineinsanity.net.
Customization
Can I modify or change my order?
You can request modifications or cancellations within 6 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order may have entered production and cannot be changed. Please get in touch with us at hello@borderlineinsanity.net as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
Can I use special characters in personalized text?
We recommend avoiding special characters in personalized names, as certain fonts may not support them. Refunds or exchanges will not be offered for personalization issues related to unsupported characters.
