Refund and Returns Policy
At Borderline Insanity, all of our products are made to order, just for you (and probably covered in dog hair by the time we ship). Because of this, we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind.
But if there’s an issue with your order? We’ll make it right—no worries.
Cancellations or Modifications
You can request modifications or cancellations within 6 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order may have entered production and cannot be changed. Please get in touch with us at hello@borderlineinsanity.net as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
When We Accept Returns or Refunds:
We’re happy to replace or refund items if:
- Your order arrives damaged
- The item is defective
- The print is misaligned or incorrect
- We sent the wrong item
What’s Not Returnable:
Since our items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Choosing the wrong size or color
- Buyer’s remorse
- Minor variations in print placement (these are normal with handmade goods)
How to Request a Replacement or Refund:
If something’s wrong with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the problem (this helps us speed things up)
What Happens Next?
Once we review your request, we’ll:
- Replace the item at no cost, or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days.
